Nimesis is a high-tech company specialized in the development of smart actuators for NewSpace, and we also operate in other sectors such as biomedical, aeronautics, defense, and nuclear. Our expertise revolves around shape memory alloys, and we invest in the development and growth of the company. Nimesis aims to become the European leader in the space actuator sector. Our work environment is dynamic, friendly, and innovative. As part of a new position, Nimesis is looking for a Commercial H/F. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Marketing, after an integration period (presentation of the team, services, discovery meetings...), you will develop the company's sales based on current clients and prospects to increase market share. Your mission will include: Designing commercial proposals or promoting our products/offers that meet client needs while integrating their constraints (quotes and other commercial documents). Creating a list of prospects and designing a prospecting plan: who to approach, when, and how? Convincing the relevance of the products/services developed by the company during meetings. Managing and following client relationships from lead to closing, aiming to retain them (regularly communicating with clients, relaying client needs internally, ensuring the quality of service/product sold and client satisfaction...). Performing regular reporting associated with ongoing actions. You will be required to travel (trade shows, client visits, training, forums...) regularly to promote the company and increase its visibility both nationally and internationally. Once integrated into the Commercial and Marketing department, you will connect clients with the company's support/technical functions to meet client needs. Our offices are located in Mécleuves (20 minutes from Metz). We offer a fixed salary based on profile (starting from €33k gross/year + bonuses) + vacation bonus + meal vouchers + employee savings plan. You master prospecting/sales negotiation techniques. The use of Office suite, a CRM/ERP, and the English language are second nature to you. We appreciate that you have had previous commercial experience in B to B in a technical or industrial activity. Knowledge in the sectors of activity of the company (mainly in the space domain), technical knowledge associated with our activity (precision micromechanics/shape memory alloy/space devices...) is also valued. Depending on your needs, we can train you on quality standards, the space domain, our technologies, or any other aspect necessary for your role. Beyond these essential skills for the position, we value autonomy and a willingness to work in a team. You are organized and versatile.
